To help protect the privacy of all patrons, anyone wishing to take photos or videos within our facility must complete a Photo Consent Form before recording.

✅ Complete the form by:

▪️Scanning the QR code displayed throughout the facility.

▪️Accessing the form via the WynActive website.

Once submitted, your details will be recorded in the Photo Consent Register and we will receive a notification confirming your submission.

Conditions of Consent

By submitting the form, you agree that:

▪️You will only photograph or record individuals under your care or those who have provided consent.

▪️You will not intentionally photograph or record other members of the public without their consent
